This delicate pastry features at Ket Baker with an essence of nostalgia. Ket Baker founder, Miek, has fond memories of a choux tower with chocolate sauce poured over it for her Oma and Opa’s 65th wedding anniversary, which she always used to make, as they are Opa's favorite! Opa’s choux is an authentic and light pastry made with real butter, flour, free-range eggs, water and various types of pudding to occupy it. It’s finished with a sweet and crunchy craquelée (crumble).
