Our sourdough pastries require a five-day production process. They are unlike your regular croissant in that without the use of yeast, sourdough is less forgiving and requires attention to detail, careful methods and delicate execution of shaping and folding the dough. The end product is a layered dough, with a very crispy top, that rises to a fluffy and textural form; the flavour is intense, not too sweet and indulgent.
Making pastries is a 5 day process. Availability for orders placed less than 5 days prior to pickup/delivery may be limited. Please contact us to place an order.

100% REAL sourdough bread!
Ket Baker doesn't use any commercially produced yeast in the bakery. Because of this the culture is very pure and without contaminants resulting in a very fine flavour pallet for each loaf.
Please preorder loaves for pickup from the bakery or at market.
On Wednesdays and Fridays we have bread readily available for pickup from the bakery. (Note: It is still a good idea to contact us to check availability before you arrive so as to not disappoint as they sell out quickly.)
